Powell's gone
As was expected. Condi Rice takes his place? It’s never good to replace a pragmatist with an ideologue, but I doubt it makes much difference.
In any case, I don’t have much to say. I need to continue writing my research paper on e-voting (which prompted the banner over there on the right for VerifiedVoting.org). It’s not really an uplifting subject.
